Spike was raised in a snowy mountain in the middle of nowhere. So no electricness for him. He grows bored of seeing only white, so he journeys into the world to become a skilled fighting Pokemon. That is his dream. Spike's really small for a Pikachu, so no one can take him seriously.  Yeah. Typical shounen-ness. xD I JUST realized that Spike shouldn't be a Smash Bros. Pikachu. If he needs to learn Mega Punch or something, shouldn't his arms be as huge as the anime Pikachu???   Hold the cookies. I don't r'member changing his eye color to green!!!
